Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Astra Listing Studio(“Astra”, “the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Astra is a digital creative tool that generates listing copy, staged visuals and short tour videos from descriptions and content you provide. It is sold as a subscription to digital content and software.

Astra is a creative tool only. Astra is not:

• a licensed estate agent, letting agent, valuer, surveyor, mortgage broker or investment adviser;
• a provider of property valuations, rent pricing, yield or investment advice;
• a party that collects rent, holds deposits, handles any property or client money, or arranges, brokers or completes any property transaction.

You are solely responsible for how you market, let or sell any property. Nothing Astra produces is professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Astra. The service may not be used by anyone under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@astpareur.shop if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, in advance through our payment provider.
• Each plan includes an allowance of listings and generations. Allowances are service usage for the billing period. They are not credits, a stored-value balance, or funds you can withdraw or transfer, and they do not roll over.
• Yearly plans are charged as a single payment covering twelve months.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the current period.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including the rule that virtually staged visuals must be disclosed and must never be used to misrepresent a property.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. Rights in generated output and how uploads are handled are set out in our Content License.

Astra uses AI. Output can contain errors or may not match the real property. It is a first draft and creative suggestion only. You must review and verify everything before publishing, as described in our AI Disclaimer.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from listings you publish. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Astra and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
