The listing copy, staged images and tour videos Astra produces are assisted first drafts and creative suggestions. They are not statements of fact, and they are not legal, financial, medical, tax, valuation or professional compliance advice.

AI can generate details that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or that do not match the real property. Staged visuals are illustrative representations of how a space could look, not a promise about its true condition, size, fixtures or features.

Before you use or publish anything from Astra, you are responsible for checking, at minimum:

• that every factual claim about the property is true and current;
• that you have the rights and permissions to use any photos, logos or content involved;
