Acceptable Use Policy

When you use Astra for a listing you must:

• keep the Virtually staged disclosure on staged or enhanced visuals;
• make sure your listing accurately reflects the real property;
• only upload photos, floor plans or logos you have the right to use.

You must never:

• use generated images to invent rooms, space, size or features that do not exist;
• present staged visuals as unedited photographs of the actual space;
• upload images of a property you have no right to market.

You may not use Astra to create, promote or enable:

• anything unlawful, or content that breaks property, advertising or consumer-protection laws;
• fraud, scams, fake listings, or misrepresentation of a property or its ownership;
• impersonation of another person, agent or brand, or infringement of trademarks or copyright;
• harassment, hateful, threatening or defamatory content;
• sexual or adult content, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
• political manipulation, disinformation, or fake reviews and testimonials;
• evasion of rules for regulated activities (for example financial, mortgage or licensed-agent services);
• malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for the listings you publish and for complying with the rules that apply where the property is located. Astra provides creative drafts; it does not review or approve your final listing.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and cooperate with lawful requests. Report abuse to support@astpareur.shop. See also our Terms of Service and AI Disclaimer.
