This policy is written to meet the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where they apply to you.

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account data — name, email address and password credentials.
• Subscription and order data — the plan you choose, billing period, and the masked payment records our payment provider returns to us.
• Content you provide — the property descriptions you type and any room photos, floor plans or logos you upload for staging.
• Generated output — the listing copy, images and tour videos Astra produces for you.
• Support data — the messages, email and phone details you send when you contact us or submit a form.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events needed to run and secure the service.

We collect data directly from you when you create an account, subscribe, upload content, or contact us. We collect technical and usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). We receive limited billing status data from our payment provider. We do not buy personal data from third-party data brokers.

• To provide the service (generate listings, staging and tours) — performance of our contract with you.
• To process subscriptions — performance of a contract and compliance with legal/accounting duties.
• To provide support — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in helping users.
• To secure and improve the service — our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable product.
• Optional analytics and marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider on Astra’s behalf. Full card numbers are entered on the provider’s secure checkout and are never stored on Astra’s servers. We receive only what we need to fulfil your subscription, such as a masked card reference, the amount, currency and payment status. Astra does not collect rent, hold deposits or handle any property funds.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent, optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage preferences at any time. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We share data only with vetted processors acting on our instructions, including:

• Cloud hosting and content delivery for running the application.
• Our payment provider for subscription billing.
• Authentication, database and storage infrastructure for accounts and uploads.
• AI generation infrastructure used to produce listing copy, images and video.

Each processor is bound by contract to protect your data and to use it only to provide their service to us.

Some processors may operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes afterwards. Uploaded room photos and logos are retained to provide staging and, by default, cleared from active caches within 30 days unless you save them to your account. You can request deletion at any time.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect personal data. Payment secrets and administrative credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and regulators of any breach as the law requires.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Port your data to another provider.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• If you are a California resident: know, delete, correct and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Astra is not intended for children. The service may not be used by anyone under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

If you have a concern, contact us first at support@astpareur.shop. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date shown above. Governing law for this policy is England and Wales.
