1. Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans are billed in USD in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. Allowances do not roll over and unused allowance is not refundable.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.
3. Digital content and your right to cancel
Because Astra delivers digital content and generation immediately, statutory cooling-off cancellation rights may not apply once generation has started. Where a mandatory consumer right to a refund applies in your country, we honour it.
4. When we will help
If a charge is clearly wrong, or the service failed and we could not resolve it, contact us and we will make it right. Typical cases we assist with:
- A duplicate or incorrect charge.
- A confirmed technical fault that prevented you from using a paid plan.
- An accidental renewal reported promptly, where the new period’s allowance is unused.
If a generation did not meet your brief, our first step is to regenerate it at no extra cost.
5. How to request
Email support@astpareur.shop from the address on your subscription, with the date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve it quickly. See our Terms of Service. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
