How do I create my first listing?
Start on the Spark plan for free, describe your space, and Astra returns a listing brief plus a first staged image.
Can I upload my own room photos?
Yes. Listing and Portfolio plans let you upload photos so staging keeps the real room structure. See the content license for how uploads are handled.
Billing & plans
How am I charged?
Plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Yearly is charged as one payment for twelve months.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the current period. See the refund policy.
Staging & disclosure
Do I have to disclose staged images?
Yes. Every staged visual is labelled Virtually staged, and you must keep that disclosure when you publish. See acceptable use for honest-advertising rules.
Are the visuals a promise about the property?
No. Staged images are illustrative. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.
