Content License

You retain ownership of the room photos, floor plans, logos and descriptions you upload (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

To provide the service, you grant ASTRA PARTNERS (EUROPE) LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and adapt Your Content solely to generate and deliver your listing output and run the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups held for a short, standard period.

Uploaded photos and logos are used only to produce your staging and listing assets. By default they are cleared from active caches within 30 days unless you save them to your account. You can request deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that using it with Astra does not infringe anyone’s rights. You must not upload images of a property you have no right to market.

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the listing copy, staged images and tour videos Astra generates for you to market the relevant property, commercially and otherwise. You must keep the Virtually staged disclosure on staged visuals as required by our Acceptable Use Policy. Because AI output can be similar for similar inputs, we do not guarantee that generated output is unique to you.

The Astra name, logo and site design belong to ASTRA PARTNERS (EUROPE) LTD and are not licensed to you except as needed to use the service. Questions? Email support@astpareur.shop.
